An REI firm was spending $10K+ per month on direct mail and PPC to generate leads and was being very responsive on the phone, but was not closing many deals.

We use analytics to identify that nearly everyone who visited their site went to the “About Us” page and once there exited the site within 20 seconds. This indicated that visitors were looking to see who this company was and go get assurance that they were a real company.

We used data from local searches and survey results from recent customers to identify what was important to highlight on their website. We designed and built a new website with input from the REI firm’s executive team.

The following quarter was amazing for the company. Their site engagement grew by 700% and they closed twice the number of deals as the previous quarter.
