Marketing Automation for the Win
A major university in the West Coast was experiencing a steady decline in enrollments. If the trend continued, programs would be cancelled and there would be budget shortfalls.
After a full evaluation of each stage of the recruitment funnel, it was determined the top-of-funnel had healthy numbers but engagement with applicants was lacking – causing for poor conversion numbers.
Marketing automation was added into the CRM so that students got engagement every week and after every major application update.
